Sanchita has two and a half decades experience in training, auditing, testing and inspection and consultancy across the sectors. An astute professional, wears several hats and engaged with several enterprises mostly related to testing laboratories, audit, training and consultancy in India and abroad. She has emerged as a strong brand for herself in her domain.

Recipient of Women Entrepreneuriship award from The Institute of Indian Foundrymen, in 2011.

Career

Started her career in HR training and development and has been a faculty in various institute and associations in eastern India. She worked as an ISO 9000 Co-ordinator and Resource person for Lead Assessor Courses, Internal Auditor Courses in Quality Management International (QMI).

A firm catering to all sectors, oils, foods & food packaging, mechanical, chemical industries, ferrous & non ferrous foundries, Forgings, ITs, process industries, automobile, steel, hospitals and service sectors. She worked as consultants in India and abroad for more than 300 companies, it also includes Government and PSUs like Central Forensic Science Laboratories, GEQDs, IOCLs, CDL, CFL, Thermal Power Plants, ITC, etc

She did her graduation with Chemistry from University of Calcutta with 1 st Class and Masters in Business Administration from Jadavpur University
